Name, email and Country are the only details required for subscribing to the channel and are the only pieces of information held. This information is held in the admin section of the website only, which is password protected.

Secrets from the Workshop collects and stores no other personal information from you.

Register with the website on the ‘Registration page’
The only information collected is your name, your e-mail address, and country.
This is used to personalise the service that you receive, for example by recognising you when you return to the Forum or log in.
Your Country information is used to ensure the server is in the right position to give the best bandwidth for users viewing the videos.

Email Newsletters
Upon subscribing, you will provide your email address, this will be used to provide you with information on updates relating to the channel.
The emails will be pertinent to the channel and content, and to improve your experience and use of it.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Credit & Debit Cards
When you join the site, you will enter your payment details in order to pay for the subscription.
All payments are processed through a secure server operated by PayPal on behalf of Secrets from the Workshop. This means that your payment details are never seen or stored.
