Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining the Secrets from the Workshop Channel operated by Armitage Leather.

Your access to and use of the Channel is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all subscribers, users and others who access or use the channel.

By accessing or using the Channel you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Channel.

Subscriptions
Secrets from the Workshop is a Subscription Channel operated by Armitage Leather.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis; you will be billed in advance on a recurring month by month basis.
The only details required for a subscription to the channel are your “Full Name”  “Email Address” and “Country”.
This is the only information held by Secrets from the Workshop or Armitage Leather.
All subscriptions are made through a payment portal, “PayPal” No financial information is shared or stored by Secrets from the Workshop or Armitage Leather.
You are not tied in!, subscriptions can be canceled at any point should you not like the channel.

Refunds
If payment has been taken in error, for example, if a payment has been taken following the cancellation of your subscription, you will be entitled to a refund for the amount taken.
For annual membership and subscriptions.
Once payment has been made and if the subscription has been used, even in part, no refund will be made available for that payment period.
Please be aware, all subscriptions auto renew, it is the subscribers responsibility to ensure funds are made available for this to take place.
Two attempts will be made to take funds, following which, if payment cannot be made, the attached account will be suspended.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before the next payment due date to avoid unnecessary payments being made. 

No Partial Refunds are offered.

Content
This Service allows you to view the channels content, (videos), post text and images in the forum for information and education purposes only.

Expectations
What is expected from you:

.           To behave in a courteous manner.
.           Treat all other members with respect.
.           Refrain from Profanity.
.           Place no advertisements on the Forum.
.           Post no inappropriate content, (images or text).
.           Make no inappropriate comment or post abuse in any form.
.           Do not download or attempt to download any content from the Channel or Forum.
.           Do not embed or attempt to embed any content from the Channel or Forum to any other place.
.           Do not to undertake any act or action in relation to the Channel or Forum that will bring the Channel or Forum into disrepute.
.           Do not associate the Channel or Forum with any other body or organization without express written permission from Armitage Leather.

Misuse of the forum or breaches of these rules will lead to you being removed from the channel.
You are responsible for the content you post.
Secrets from the Workshop and Armitage Leather will not be held responsible for the content posted in the Forum posted by it’s members.
Secrets from the Workshop, Armitage Leather and it’s moderators will take responsibility for moderation of the Forum and removing defamatory and abusive or inappropriate content.

What you can expect from Secrets from the Workshop:

.           Access to video instruction showing tried and tested techniques, skills and projects.
.           A safe and friendly platform in which to learn.
.           An opportunity to gain information to develop your skillset.
.           The opportunity to ask questions from likeminded individuals.
.           A new video every other week based on your input!
